As the Digital Production Designer, you’ll join a rapidly evolving in-house creative team and will need to be a self-starter with a portfolio demonstrating broad experience designing digital marketing materials. You should be highly organized and love getting the details right across a high volume of assets and making sure everything organized and easy to locate.
This role will primarily execute digital marketing deliverables for our products from conception through production. We need someone with a design-eye, experience with e-commerce, and the technical skills to implement a high volume of tactics across digital marketing channels. We take great pride in creating high-quality work that amplifies the premium quality of our products.
Qualifications:
· 2+ years digital design experience. Whether at an agency, e-commerce, or omni-channel retail brand, you’ve tackled a wide range of brand, marketing, and advertising projects.
· 2-year design degree or equivalent training/credentials. You have an excellent eye for photography and typography.
· A solid portfolio. Your work applies best practices across a high volume of assets.
· Understanding of consumer branding. You naturally champion a brand by understanding digital trends and can discern which is applicable and relevant to our brand.
· A collaborative approach. You’re a humble design partner to your cross-functional teammates and crave feedback/analytics to help you craft effective solutions.
· A growth mindset. You’re open, with the energy and drive to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
· A systems thinker: You delight in extrapolating and extending shared design elements and patterns to reinforce consistency and efficiency. Experience in motions graphics a bonus.
· You have tricks. You’re an expert in Adobe CC, Sketch, and can debate the value of the latest design tools. Bonus points if you’ve used Monday.com for project management.
